Jeff Banwart in sales and Jim Kaufman's service team are the best! All my pickups and vans but two have come from Mangold's since 1965.
Bought 2 Ford Edge's from Mangold in past 6years and plan to buy another in near future. This dealership is tops and I have no desire to look any where else for a Ford.
We have purchased seven vehicles from Mangold Ford and Jeff Banwart. Three were used and four were new and all have been dependable. Any service they have needed has always been handled in an acceptable manner. We plan to purchase a new vehicle in 2019 and will be contacting Jeff Banwart.
Very Happy with our car buying experience. No hassle and great service. The sales team listened....matched us to what we asked for the first time, and had us on our way promptly. We traveled two hours to try this dealership because of a friends recommendation. It was worth the trip. In the long run, we saved time, money, and likely avoided alot of aggravation. I have bought Ford vehicles from 5 different local dealerships and Mangold Ford made this so easy I am still in udder amazement! I have been looking for over a month, being very picky about what I wanted. When this truck came up it became mine in less than 2 days. Nick Allen and Rob Gregoire answered any and all questions and Scott did the financing. I have never has such an easy and quick vehicle transaction ever. These guys a car buying a pleasure! To old and no money to get a Ford so happy for 4 wheels on a 2007 Buick, Rendezvous because what husband drove and he couldn't get in my car so we traded both cars in for mini van driving now. He is gone but I still miss my Ford. Miss him to but always like Fords.

Mangold Ford has proven to me what a great dealership it is. Always friendly. Always want the best experience for the customer. They back up their sales with great service. Work to get it done correctly the first time. If not, they will take care of it. Rick Rohman is the salesman that sold me my truck and we both learned from each other. He just wants what is best for his customer as he realizes that a happy customer will return. One of the best dealerships in the area!
Mangold had a used car I was interested in, but I'm from the southeast instead of IL. I explained to Rick I'd need him to carefully talk me through the car's details as he was looking at it/walking around it. He far exceeded my expectations with his patient and detailed descriptions. He even texted me photographs of the areas he was describing. I went to the dealership for my 60,000 mile tune up. The technician Mitch Moore, found some things that did not need to be done even though other people including me said needed to be done saving me money. I have bought 2 cars from there and my wife and her family more than 3. We are always given great customer service.
Just traded in a vehicle at Mangold Ford. Drove 1 1/2 hour to look at the truck. Made the deal, let us take the truck home for the weekend, and came back Monday and bought it. Everyone in the dealership was amazing. Loved working with Dave Mitchell and the rest of the staff. Felt like you were at home there.

Competative prices and they have always worked around my schedule. Scott Benway was never pushy; he was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we wanted.

I have been dealing with Nick Allen since 2007 when I bought my 2006 Ford Fusion. I just recently purchased a 2010 Mercury Milan from Nick because my 2006 Fusion was totaled in an accident. Nick actually found the car in their inventory, they had just gotten it in, and told me he thought this would be the car I wanted to buy to replace my Fusion. I trusted Nick's judgement, and basically agreed to buy the car without even seeing it, and he got it right, we loved the car!
